In the trendy neighborhood of Echo Park sits a new modern home that has caught my attention. With only 495 square feet to work with, every part of this beautiful home is used with maximum efficiency in mind.
Its light filled rooms, big windows, clean lines and modern architecture make this little home feel grand and spacious. It's designed in such a creative way to make each area feel separate yet not claustrophobic with the use of floating walls.
The tenant, Joshua Selsky has done an incredible job decorating this space and doubling up functions so that he can get the most out of every inch. The white wall room divider that separates his living room and kitchen also serves as a projection screen.
Over the years I've noticed that the smaller the place I've lived in the more efficient and cleaner they were kept. When you know there is no room to put stuff when it gets back home, then it makes it that much easier not to purchase at the store. I'd live in this sweet little gem in a heartbeat.
