While we're always on the lookout for more ways to infuse color into our home theaters, sometimes the stark modern contrast of black and white is just what the doctor ordered. See what happens when you do away with the traditional and take the futuristic home theater into overdrive.

A few of our favorite elements include the clean projector installation with color to match. Although most of us living in apartments may not have the luxury of punching holes in the ceiling to route the cables, we've certainly been talking lots of about creative ways to keep that wire clutter down even when renting.
As for the other tech, an array of high-end electronics in black, white, and silver fill up the room and there's literally no area where you can set foot without a fun gadget to play with. Costs aside, this is probably as fancy as most of us are going to get on a "normal" budget. I mean, projector screen AND a flat screen AND two Macbook Pros? Someone's either renting dirt cheap or has an exorbitant technology fund.
Let us know what you think of the minimal makeover!

What kind of screen is in the pic, and how do they reach up to pull it down (or is it electric)?
but where does he dry his boxer shorts now?
Nice! If only I had a superfluous amount of money. That place would so be mine.
Looks nice. I'm pretty impressed by the convex makeover he gave the room. Where did he get appliances that curve like that?

I'm guessing yamaha speakers and sub, onkyo amp.
Eeesh! You couldn't put your undies away before you took the before picture?
HAHAHHAHAHA love the undies and convex comments. good laugh
I just realized he could install some drying lines behind the screen and dry his undies there. Space saving AND environmentally friendly!
