If you're looking for some inspiration for a LEGO-themed kids' room, you can't do much better than this model room from British housebuilder Weston Homes. Using a combination of LEGO products like clocks, bins, and mini-figures, the company created a child's space that is on display in the marketing suite of their Silverbrook development in the village of Markyate, Hertfordshire, in the U.K.
Using LEGO’s well-known primary colors, they created a color scheme including red, black, yellow and bright grey for the children’s bedroom. They mixed bespoke items such as the “Evolution on the Lego Man” wall sticker and oversized LEGO brick headboard, with standard LEGO products. Framed minifigures on the wall are a simple DIY that anyone could incorporate into a child's room.
Interestingly, the company offers this LEGO room as an upgrade to their homes. We love the inspiration, though, and think it offers some great ideas for the Lego lovers among us.
