Pia Richter is a NYC based architectural designer, now branching out and running her own agency after working with The Apartment (the team responsible for one of my favorite NYC interiors). She shared her complete source list for each room in this creatively colorful project; providing us with a one stop guide for fresh ideas for using pastel colors in a modern way - it's cool, unexpected and still unapologetically pretty...
Our favorite touch (and idea to take away for a very high end look at home) are the layered patterned sheers, color matched to the easter-egg shaded walls. Used in both the living room and bedroom, it feels slightly old-world-y and fashionable at the same time - definitely one for the inspiration clip file.

This post is gorgeous! Thank you so much for sharing!
I find this very beautiful. I love the sparse use of the classic mid-century pieces in a more contemporary loft setting. I wouldn't think I'd like those colors, but it's done so well.
i really want to say something, but this year i've resolved to be less critical.
I think the two-tone rooms work better than the monochromatic ones. Pastels are tricky, they can look really dated.
Gorgeous. I've been painting my mid-century house in pastels, but I've been choosing murky, grayish versions. These pictures are so cool.
I think it still looks dated. Hello, the 80's called -- they want their kitchen back!
Very unique. I think I love these.
@fernyone: Thanks so much for the chuckle (I agree!).
This monochromatic approach is gorgeous. Color just envelops each space, without being distracting, and its great that each room is different. It's such a good example of how color can be used in place of pattern and texture.
The bathroom is especially stunning.
