A Montessori/Waldorf-Inspired School at Home for Bea & Friends

Our home is our first classroom, but in Bea's case, her home really is her classroom. Her mother, Nichole, homeschools her and runs a small, part-time home-based preschool. This classroom is inspiring whether you are planning a space for formal learning or just looking for ways to create an environment at home to inspire and edify your child.

Nichole is based in Georgetown, Texas and describes herself as a "work at home mama who was, previous to motherhood, a Montessori guide in the primary classroom (3-6 year olds)." She says this preschool space incorporates a Montessori/Waldorf learning environment into the kitchen, living room, porch and backyard of her home.

Nichole's school is called The Natural Child Learning Community and I highly recommend a virtual visit for more inspiration for kids at work and at play.

Thanks Nichole!
