A Mountain of Fun Playroom

Professional Project

Project: Kids playroom for two
Project by: Rebecca Zajac/Design by Numbers
Location: Las Vegas, NV

This started as a "virtual makeover" or e-design project. The dramatic impact of the room came from the simple abstract mountain paint treatment. Painting out the existing closet built-ins white and adding the chalkboard door helped freshen up and brighten the small space.

Painting out the existing closet built-ins white and adding the chalkboard door helped freshen up and brighten the small space. Only a few pieces of furniture came into the playroom in order to leave room for playing. A fun teepee reading corner was created, a large durable indoor/outdoor rug, toy storage and a small round table with stools. A kid friendly art gallery and Etsy artist "yarn bombed antlers" completed the space.

Thanks, Rebecca! Readers, find more details about this makeover at Design by Numbers.
