My holiday decorations are (admittedly) outliers of my normal style — they're sentimental, inherited, a bit cheesy and I love them all. In another life, however, I have the same restrained good taste as Roy and Ola Norberg. Using mostly natural materials, they created holiday decor that's pretty, elegant, and timeless.
The Norbergs live with their three children in a turn-of-the-century house in Sweden, which they've spent 8 years renovating. Their holiday style is just as lovely as their home — a few metal stars, a nativity set from Malta, and stockings hung on Chritsmas Eve mingle with pinecones, prison hyacinths, and apples. It's perfect inspiration for those of us who enjoy nature-inspired decorations — or those of us who need ideas for last-minute holiday decor.
