We've featured many vinyl decals over the years. Everything from animals to flowers to nerd-chic graphics. There are thousands to choose from, but today we're going to suggest you think less about which ones to choose and more about where you put them. Like, say, your windows.

I stopped in at Arch Daily and happened upon this modern daycare in France. It's quite beautiful, but I wasn't focused so much on the design of the space (ok, those ceiling panels are amazing, but what really caught my eye was the decals on the windows.

Many parents may instantly cringe at the idea of stickers on the window. Heck, it did me too, but check out the shadows these shapes make on the floor. Super cool. Even if the idea of sticker goo gives you the heebie jeebies, I'm willing to bet they come off rather easily. It's something to keep in the back of your mind, maybe a stripe, some stars, even an airplane might be fun. Remember, sometimes you don't have to use things on the surface they were intended for!
