When it comes to giving flowers on this traditional lovey dovey holiday, there are some of us who try to only buy things that are in season. With 4 feet of snow on the ground, I can firmly attest that there aren't any flowers currently in season near me, so maybe these paper versions would be an acceptable alternative!

I ran across this funny little idea over at swissmiss. They're made by London-based designer James who sells his simple flowers for 10 Euros or right around $14 US dollars a piece. He carries five designs so if you're looking to make a full spread you'll be able to do so.

Even though you can purchase these online, I'm sure those of you with computer skills might be able to make your own or come up with something similar. And you know you won't kill these off anytime soon!
