A Philly Apartment Full of Plants, Lights and Color

A Philly Apartment Full of Plants, Lights and Color

Name: Breanne
Location: South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I live on the first floor of a two home building in the South Philadelphia Pennsport neighborhood. The front and back rooms of my home get hit with nice light, but that disappears in the center as the ceilings drop. Because of this I've filled my home with bright colors and an abundance of plants to make the vibrancy flow throughout.

My walls are filled with art created by close friends and local artists and each nook is decorated with something special that I've collected from travels around the world. The front room is used as a work space, an entertaining area with a fire place and a dining area with a small bistro table. My kitchen is TINY with barely enough room for two to cook, so I built a small counter to divide the room from the dining area. The hall leads to a bathroom and a small bedroom filled with light from my backyard.

Thanks, Breanne !
