Amber Mills in Kansas City, MO was given this rocking horse for her son Oliver (who couldn't be any cuter!). A gift from a friend, she was told to put Oliver's name on the bottom. When she turned the rocker over to do so, she was greeted with a most pleasant surprise!

After examination of the bottom of the rocker, it appeared that Oliver's name wouldn't be the first. There were in fact, three additional names: Max, William & Ethan. The rocking horse has been passed down from person to person and from child to child, each rider having the understanding that someday they'll share it with another.

Oliver has taken to his new ride and we love the idea of passing along a sturdy, well built toy of this nature — instead of holding onto it for years in hopes of another child or someday, grandkids. Allowing things to be used instead of stored, not only makes sense, but creates a true community of sharing, caring and giving amongst friends, family and in this case, co-workers.
