Architecture firm Elii has built an off-the-grid housing prototype that requires the inhabitants to generate part of their own energy. The JF-Kit House is inspired by Jane Fonda, the actress and fitness celebrity. Using calisthenic fixtures like weights and spin bikes, when the workout regimen is lax, so is the electricity.
