The Wade Davis Writing Studio designed by Travis Price Architects may be one of the most perfect home offices we've ever seen (it belongs to a National Geographic Explorer-In-Residence). Oh, that overhead library (and oh, that very old laptop)!

It's not my style yet I'm completely head-over-heels about it - if that were my writing studio I'd die happy.
I don't get it. The books are completely unaccessible. 10+ feet above from a step ladder that doesn't roll...they are for show only. Is there an unseen reading nook up in the belfry? Also if I'm an explorer I'd want a window, preferably many. But maybe we're not seeing the whole space.
I just had a deja vu of Christopher Lambert's library in Highlander, only smaller.
