Forgetting to water the plants is a surefire way to a black thumb. Water Balance, by Risako Matsumoto of Design Soil, provides a visual reminder: it tips when the vase needs a refill. The wall mounted piece consists of a wood plank with a stainless steel vase and a counterweight, so when the vase is full, the plank is level.
