Maybe it's the chilly weather, but lately we've been in a knitting mood. But after the sweater and the scarves, we wanted to make something for our home. We've always been fascinated by Greetje Van Tiern's newspaper yarn items, so when we recently found a tutorial on how to make this yarn ourselves, we were psyched.

Besides the old newspapers, you'll need a spindle and some water. Use the yarn as you would regular woolen yarn—to make rugs, curtains, or a pouf. For complete instructions, click here.
