Not sure I would consider Brian Jones residency as a positive selling point.
Ooh, I've been there! It's in my partner's hometown. It's such a lovely place - the perfect tiny english town and just next to the Ashdown forrest which is where all the Pooh stories take place. It really feels like magic there.

Brian Jones not only lived there, he died in the swimming pool......maybe the house comes with his ghost?
Well crap! I was having a -"oh, wouldn't it be magical to live in the house where Christopher Robin lived" moment until someone had to mention Brian Jones died in the swimming pool. Talk about a buzz kill. Is there nothing pure left in this world?
