Calling all typography lovers! Designers Eva Alessandrini and Roberto Saporiti, from Italian furniture design company Saporiti, have crafted the perfect bookcase for typography fanatics. Can you make out the message on this bookcase?
The message is "READ YOUR BOOKCASE!" The cubes can be re-arranged to spell out many different words and phrases. Early reviewers are questioning the functionality of these modular storage cubes. Check out the pictures and let me know what you think; does the design look like it would sacrifice functionality?

I almost choked on my breakfast sandwich!!! This bookcase is awesome!!! I was biting into it when i saw this. And just after a second I realized it said something... without reading the article!!, I guess I still got some well working eyes!
Even with random partitions it would still be a wonderful looking piece. Beautiful clean design.
OH MY GOD I'M IN LOVE!
That is awesome.
Oh, that is SO cool.
I agree that it would sacrifice functionality, but the design is interesting.
Awesomeness. But I doubt it would still be readable when it's filled with books and stuff.
Very cool! And if you fill each letter with the same coloured spines, it may still be readable.
Oh don't worry if they gave me one I am sure I could find a way for my books and small art to fit! Just let me know.
... can't play tic tac toe... :(
I probably wouldn't use this bookcase for books; just for displaying stuff (like if I had a vinyl toy collection... which I don't, but....)
Love it!
Another point for the Italians! ;-)
Such a fun, attractive idea!
I love it!
This is a beta version, right? And they need testers, right?? Because I am CERTAIN I could test the functionality of it if they were looking for someone... I even have a fabulous blank wall in my living room where this would fit perfectly. PER-FECT-LY. I'm willing to sacrifice for this. I have a first born you can have. Really.
