As a child, I thought my friend Megan was the height of sophistication because her family had an above ground pool in their backyard. Nowadays I'm mostly a classic pool enthusiast, but these photos are making me seriously reconsider.
Whether they're recessed into a hardwood deck or housed in poured concrete or glass, above ground pools offer just as many, if not more, opportunities for amazing style and clever architectural details.

I'm drawn by the aquarium feel to these. Beautiful!
Wow, exceptional beauty and amazing creativity. In so many areas of the country ledge is a serious problem. A dig with ledge can cost upwards of $15,000.00 to break up and remove all of the rock from the pool area. What I really love about the designs of these aboveground installations is the cost is invested more in materials used to accent the beauty and surroundings that offer an atmosphere of an in ground swimming pool without risk and hidden cost. I have been in swimming pool sales for nearly 14 years and have many customers who have invested top dollar in designing their own back yard oasis. Nothing compares with the gratification you feel when you have experienced such beauty and relaxation that is just a few steps away. If you would like to visit my blog or view our line of aboveground swimming pools, we offer free shipping throughout the country.
