Access Online Programming Sans PC With WebTVPlug

The WebTVPlug reminds us in presentation and promises to that of the infommercial darling, Magic Jack. But instead of bringing VOIP service with plug-and-play ease, the WebTVPlug is a home network peripheral which allows access of Internet TV programming and online videos without the need for an intermediary PC. This means you can hook this fugly white adaptor (hopefully out of sight) to your network and now you can access online content from the likes of CNN, G4, MSNBC and ESPN on various devices like your laptop, gaming console, and handheld device with a "browse and click" interface...

Notable features include simultaneous service to multiple devices with a home network, user defined programming so each household member can favourite their channels of choice, and predictive programming based upon user's viewing habits. No price for the WebTVPlug yet, but it will likely be offered by industries targeted by WebTView, including "ISPs, IPTV service providers, MSOs and Satellite operators". But we're betting on some
