Love #8 the combonation of opulence, rustic and texture I would say that is a sexy room. Love the headboard too.
I have a medium grey/putty colored walls in my bedroom it has no blue or purple that I've been please with for three years now, everything works with this non color. As the light changes during the day so does the mood of the room.
Am I the only one being CREEPED OUT by the image above the bed on the 9th picture?
Those are decidely gorgeous. @stickystuff wow that is wierd looking. i saw it at first but didn't really notice it until you mentioned it.
Most of these have navy or dark gray walls with white bedding. I would enjoy seeing more variety of colors. But the white bedding alleviates the dark feeling of the walls.
Thanks for posting this collection. We often see "light" and "airy" and essentially white bedrooms. I agree that they look clean and serene in photos, but in person I think I prefer a dark, cozy, kinda sexy place to sleep.
That sconce/articulating/sliding lamp which also looks like a plug in next to the bed in #5 is amazing. Anyone know where to get one or one like it?
This batch of bedrooms is far sexier than the bunch under the "Sexy Bedroom" post.
Maybe not the ones with the plates hanging above the bed (I can see that in a dining room or a kitchen, but a bedroom??!), but a case can be made for many of them, especially numbers 4 & 5.
@stickystuff No, you're not.
We painted our guest room a dark navy. The room gets a lot of natural light, so it's still bright during the day.

And we have plates in our bedroom too, though not directly over the bed. It is a little unexpected, but I love looking at them. It's kinda like a mobile for grown-ups. :)

I love my dark grey bedroom! While the crisp white bedding looks beautiful, we decided on something more colorful. I've found chartreuse and grey to be my new favorite color combination!

@stickystuff You are not alone.
i find hanging plates over the bed a bit odd.
No 3 and No 8 are both divine!
I LOVE #8 with #4 as a close 2nd!
Deeply in love with #4 and have been since I saw it on this site a few months back, anyone know who the artist is of the painting behind the bed???
