With Valentine's Day just around the corner, have you wondered how you could add a little love to your nest without it looking like an elementary school project? Me too. Luckily, I found just the inspiration I was looking for. Read more about my latest crush…
I am completely enamored with what Heather from Blessed Little Nest created in her entryway. I love her use of predominantly black and white accents set against the crimson backdrop . Even if your space isn't painted deep red, I think the overall theme can work in many settings.
Here are a few tips on how to get your love project started:
1. Find art that you "LOVE".
Etsy has some wonderful "love-themed" posters, like this favorite from The Love Shop.
2. Enlarge a favorite photo.
I recently had some black and white photos enlarged to 24"x30" at Kinkos and the quality was pretty amazing for spending less than $20 each.
3. Frame a beloved card.
Artwork in varied sizes makes this arrangement. Dig through your stash of favorite greeting cards or find somthing else petite that inspires you.
4. Find your inner love.
Your "wall of love" should have meaning to you and make you happy. Find things that make you smile and group them together for a quick love fix.
Check out Blessed Little Nest for more lovely ideas and inspiration. Thanks Heather!
