Surrounded by amazing scenery, Thomas seems more interested in the dandelions. Read on for great travel tips: Dad Aaron had some great airport tips: • A lot of airports have playgrounds now . . . the airport website always has a map, we research this ahead of time. • On shorter haul trips, we try to find flights on airplanes with the 2 seat configuration (just window and aisle). That way we have the entire row to ourselves. • This trick worked for us twice but it's risky (when 2 adults are travelling with a lapchild): reserve the window and aisle but not the center seat. No one will take that center seat . . . Favorite child-friendly activity? Search out the local park and playground. Your favorite way to make it feel like home? Go to a place where kids are loved, and travel with other parents with similarly aged children. Must-have travel item? It's all about the ergo carrier. Thank you, Aaron and Salena, for the tips. Don't forget to send us your favorite family escape!
