Q: I love the sofa in this picture - even with the wood arms, it looks so comfortable and the color is perfect for playing with fun, colorful accents. Any idea where we might be able to find an affordable version?

How do you define "affordable"? $800? $2,000? $5,000?
And another question...where is the couch in the photo from and how much does it cost? Without knowing how much it is (expensive, I'm sure), how is anyone supposed to answer this question?

I think she mentioned in a post that it was from World Market: http://www.worldmarket.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3479111
But I agree with @Rustypatina, ask Ashley, I am sure she will tell you.
From what I can see of the wooden frame and how comfy the pillows look, I would suggest that you might be able to DIY this sofa. Check craigslist or other sources for a rattan frame and sew up some fluffy pillows (we're talking a long rectangle and a load of squares). This could definitely be done on the very cheap.
Definitely check worldmarket. Their day sofa is similar looking and pretty inexpensive. ($400)
Looks like Pottery Barn from a few years ago.
This was a DIY sofa. I had seen a daybed at PotteryBarn about 8 years ago and asked my dad if he could create something similar, but as a sofa for me. The cushion is made from foam from JoAnn's and we made the pillows too. We got the lumber at a local sawmill. He did an amazing job on it, my only cost was wood and the foam for the pillows. It was less than $150.00 total (labor not included!)
If OP is not handy, she should go looking at import stores (independents, not Cost Plus). Also, look into outdoor teak furniture.
This might work...
