Catch a whiff of sandalwood, cedar, orange peel, and leather at the United terminal? That's the airline's signature scent, part of a campaign by some carriers to coax passengers into being more relaxed, having a better experience, and, hopefully creating brand preference. If it helps the bathrooms smell less, we're for it.
