Airports Add Yoga Studios, Walking Trails for Healthier Travel

Airports aren't the most relaxing places, and traveling can be stressful. Some cities are trying to change that with healthier practices at the airport. Cleveland and St. Louis are among those that added walking paths, many hubs across the nation are offering additional healthy meal and snack options, and both SFO and DFW have yoga studios. So while you're waiting to get to your destination, you can get a few downward dogs in.
