Ooh, how we love the rolling library ladder. This one from Alaco Ladder is available in a selection of natural hardwoods, powdercoat and aluminum finishes.
The ladder is available straight or bent (to clear countertops or desks). This would be lovely in all of those high-ceilinged apartments with storage spaces built in over the closets and bathrooms.

Those pictures are charming. Since I am a kid, I dream of having a rolling library ladder. For some reason, it feels romantic.
