Name: Alex Millatiner
Location: Zoran, Israel
I am an architect and interior designer. I live in a house that was extended twice during the last 15 years — with each new child. There are 7 of us living in the house: my husband and I, three sons (15,12,8) and Molly the Golden retriever and Fanta the cat.
The house is very colorful and child friendly. Our motto is "many shared spaces and less time in the bedrooms," so that our boys get to share a lot of time together and not sit in their bedrooms in front of the TV. We have spent some time in Sweden and brought back some nice furniture and a lot of design ideas — like the round window in the stairs and the use of wood.
Thanks Alex!

Sheex Bedding
The use of primary colors in the chairs and the curtains and plants really is effective. It also shows what you can achieve on a small budget. Good feng shui solutions don't have to cost a lot.
The floor brought me right back to years spent over there. I think my hardwood floors are fine but I miss my magav.
Why no art? The space feels cold for me. The only art on the wall (in these pictures) is of Marilyn Monroe. I like the stuff you have in the house (chairs, couch, etc.), but it feels like it's lacking the personal touch.
wow, I adores this home!
Nice and simple... But not my style.
I think the dining and living area look good, but they could do with color or art on the walls to add some warmth.
