112610White4.jpgLike white? So do we. Check out this image taken from Design With Reach's recent campaign to promote their stock of all-white products. We were really inspired by the elegance of the picture in part due to the well-designed objects themselves but also because of their very "basic" quality which is brought on by their colorless form. The whiteness makes them elegant, calming, and bold. In a perfect world, we could all walk out of Design With Reach with armfuls of these products. Since that isn't happening anytime soon, we elected to compile a list of all-white lighting options under $100 which will give you the same sense of elegance while leaving your holiday gift budget intact.

Phrena Hanging Lamp ($92)
Designed by Karl Zahn, this beautiful pendant lamp rivals some of George Nelson's much more expensive bubble lamps. We would absolutely recommend getting this piece as a way of "holding you over" until you're actually able to own one of Nelson's cloud-like beauties later on. The best part is that both lamps could work quite nicely together if they were to hang in the same room.

Flameless LED Candles ($37 for the set)
If you have a cat like we do, leaving candles around the house is an absolute impossibility. But we love that technology has given us a close second to the real thing by creating these rechargeable LED candles that emulate the flicker of a real flame. We recommend picking up a set before the holidays roll in.

E27 Pendant ($67)
If you're looking for a raw industrial look, this lamp is for you. The silicone socket/cord is very durable and is excellent for wrapping around any hanging structure like an architectural beam or a simple hook.

Marlow Milk-Glass Table Lamp ($99)
This hand-blown lamp from Pottery Barn has a classic style and could fit quite easily in a modern-traditional home. The milky glass would add a beautifully glossy texture to your home office.

Owl Table Lamp ($99)
If you want something quirky and fun but could also fit in with your more, ehm, refined décor, look no further than West Elm's Owl table lamp. This charming owl will fill your room with light and your heart with joy.

Ada Table Lamp ($70)
This lamp looks as if Ero Saarinen designed it to fit in with his Tulip collection. Need we say more? Classy and classic.

IKEA Fado Floor Lamp ($20)
We love this lamp to death in all its devilish simplicity. If you're still not sold on its spherical look alone, feel free to read on as to why we can't live without it.

Mid Century Finds for Cheap!
The internet is a great resource for carefully curated selections of mid century furnishings and décor. Places like Etsy, Craigslist, or even smaller vintage shops have constantly changing stock which you can frequently check up upon. We've attached two authentic MCM lamps currently up for sale that we loved. Remember chances are, the further and harder you hunt, the better the deal you'll find!
