We had the pleasure of meeting Destri (of the Mother Huddle) at the Alt Summit. Turns out she really knows what she's doing when it comes to crafts and has kindly shared two of her recent projects with us - one for you to make for your child's room and a quick one for the two of you to make for play and decoration, both of them just perfect for the start of Spring.

  • Shown above, photos 1-3: She came up with this (seemingly easy-to-make!) butterfly chandelier made from very inexpensive materials that looks simply beautiful. Full step-by-step instructions can be found right here.

  • Shown above, photos 4-5: The clover pinwheel is even easier and according to Destri, her three year old loves it! Check out the tutorial right here.

Feeling inspired? Destri has lots more projects to peruse at The Mother Huddle.

    Thanks, Destri!
