Name: Alon and Betsy
Location: Normandy, France
Ida sent us an email: This is the most beautiful house I know, unfortunately it does not belong to me, but to my bosses, owners of Paris-based interior design company A+B Kasha.
I think the harmony and balance between old and new, the modern and the patina, the elegant and the charming and warm is just great. A truly beautiful result of one couples incredible attention to detail.
Thanks, Ida, Alon & Betsy!

Shaw's Original Fir...
This is incredible. I would love to see more photos or find out more about how they got this look.
Yep, alo asking for a full house tour.
This is so different from the houses you usually see in Normandie ! It's much brighter.
So gorgeous. I'd also love a full tour.
Yes, please. Full house tour would be lovely. The white and brightness of this is inspiring.
I love how uncontrived and un-staged this is. At first I thought "too sparse" but I get it now.
Tour, please. :)
This is beautiful. I second, third and fourth the house tour request!
Yes, full house tour indeed!
Please, tell me where the toilet is int he bathroom? Maybe it's European or something to have a sink room but from my background, it disturbs me no end! lol All of it is lovely!
Love the airiness, light and touches of color. I love places that put the emphasis on the space itself rather than adornments.
What a coincidence! This is where I live after I fall asleep.
great looking place!
Simply stunning. Please oh please do a fully tour. Also living in France and attempting to create my space based on this clean, soothing and serene color palette.
oops. Full tour. ;-)
Sooo calm and lovely.
Another request for a full tour, please :) This is so perfectly understated, calming, and balanced.
Very nice! Great post.
Looks wonderful. Another vote for full tour!
another vote for a full tour and what color blue do they use in the bedroom? i think i'm in love.
Also missing some comments about the house and some more pictures!
Full tour please! Love the light and different angles in the place.
@hazelruth, in a lot of old houses in Europe the toilet is in a small teeny room (cubicle) adjacent to the bathroom. This is because there would only be one in the house, so other members of the household could use the other facilities. If you notice there's a sliding door to the right of that picture, that's likely to be the loo. You see this a lot in the victorian terraced houses in London.
