What I really like about these prints is how subtle they are. From across the room, you might think you're admiring an antique map with beautifully saturated colors, but up close, you realize you've really been staring at "The 1932 Zombie Killing Games in Los Angeles," a fictional city-sanctioned Olympics that pitted slayers against the undead. Zombie "foot" ball, anyone? Sounds nearly as fun as this artwork.

Reminds me of Bruce McCall

These are hilarious. Love the Lincoln scream!
That first image is eerily a propos, given the reports today that the Washington Monument suffered cracks during yesterday's earthquake, and will be closed to the public for an indeterminate time, as a result.
Acquaintances of mine own a shop in Pittsburgh that sells these prints. They're amazing! There's a great one of the signing of the Declaration that has a robot slyly hidden in the crowd.
The book Boneshaker by Cherie Priest fits nicely with this art.
I don't know why, but that Lincoln one cracks me up :)
@itsakitty Ya, me too. I actually lol'd at that one.
This reminds me a little of Vintage Vandals.
I own two of the Pittsburgh Prints. One with a flying saucer over fifth ave, and the other with a sea monster peaking out from the Mon River. I'm a life long resident of Pittsburgh and thought these were awesome! I bought them from a sweet little local shop.
