Sarah's floral creations for Saipua never fail to take my breath away. Inspired by the little echeveria succulents you see off to the left of the flowers, she put together this palette for fall, drawing from lavenders, pale greens, deep purples, and muted oranges, and calling it an "alternative autumnal palette." I love the idea of re-thinking the traditional fall colors, but maintaining the spirit of simultaneous decadence and abundance that characterizes the season.
Inspired, I went looking for interiors that roughly echo this alternative fall palette. The gorgeous rooms I found are pictured above, and they can be found within the following Apartment Therapy posts (from left to right):
• Mauve and Chartreuse (photos 2 and 3) and Other Variations on Purple and Yellow
• Warm Purple With Wood Tones
• Look! Two Purple Kitchens

I've a question: The second picture with all the frames and that stunning bench... What style is the bench, where can it be found if possible and how can I convince the hubby that I need it? :D
Lovely -- except for the cliche empty frames and what appears to be carpeting (*shudder*) in an otherwise charming kitchen.
