I've got about a dozen Altoids tins stashed away. So far I've made a very tiny memory game, and that's about it. I've always had one problem with the tins, though. Does anyone have a good suggestion for how to flatten out the raised letters on the tin? I've tried using a hammer, but ended up totally deforming the lid (although this may be because I'm uncoordinated).
