We're having a feeling this glossy black look is going to drive us crazy. So we have two options; either embrace it or refuse to purchase technology for the next few years. Since the latter is near impossible, we'll just have to take a look at this USB-powered Blu-ray drive from Amex. Not only does it play Blu-ray movies, but you can burn single and dual-layered Blu-ray discs as well. Note the USB-powered detail - only one wire, no mess!
The Amex Blu-ray Multi Drive is available in black and white glossy finishes. For the extremely picky, there's a little bit of silver in there too so you can match it with your new Macbook Pro just fine. Expect it to hit stores next month for $289.

This might look good next to a Macbook Pro, but keep in mind that Mac OS X doesn't have any software capable of playing Blu-Ray movies. If you want to do that you'll have to boot into Windows first.
