The age old argument about whether speakers are acceptable in the living room or not is ended...if your decor can handle a 70's retro lamp that is. You could go the DIY speakers in books route but the AmpLamp is a much nicer looking option. Integrating an amplifier in the base with speakers above flanking the light bulbs, this setup combines transparent NXT flat speakers, Airsound drivers and a vertically firing subwoofer. Translation, a nice full sound out of this setup.

For £ 1,295.00, we would hope so, but the more we think about it, the more we can see one of these in our living room, bedroom and even bathroom.
