Sometimes the best do-it-yourself projects are those that require no detailed instructions. Just one look at the finished piece provides enough details and inspiration to get you going on your own version. Such is the case with this lovely, simple and intuitive rustic coat hanger DIY.
Made from found tree branches and recycled wood, Graça of Aqul Pelo Campo created a coat hanger that will add character to any entry way that was featured as a weekend project on PoppyTalk.
The possible iterations of this project are quite endless. While her branches are relatively the same size, your branches could be of varying sizes. Or you could stain the base or paint it a bright color. Or why not spray paint the branches themselves? Hmm...I think I'm off to find some branches!
