Unlike the increasingly corporate and buttoned down shops taking over the area, Andrianna Shamaris' primitive home furnishings shop feels like the personal project of an artist. Her products are luscious and organic, and perfectly embody her philosophy: Perfection is imperfection.
Filled with the fruit of her itinerant life and travels to Africa and Asia, Shamaris' store is an assembly of her unique designs, lightly transformed natural objects and raw materials. There is everything from raw wood planks to large, solid carved wood screens, beautifully shaded lamps, intense candles and picture frames.

Andrianna is a designer, a manufacturer and a retailer. As stated on the website, she designs, develops and totally sees the product -- [from] a beautiful organic teak table to a hand made photo album -- from the beginning to its final creation. Everything is unique. There is no middle man, making her prices unbelievable.

Very cool. I love the look of the room with all of the pillows. Don't know how comfortable sitting on the couch would be, but it's very beautiful.

Read this review and was so intrigued that I went to see this store for myself...this place transports you to another part of the world! A treasure trove of rare and exotic furniture, art objects and accessories one can’t miss.
