So sorry for the confusion -- we thought Green LA Girl was giving the book away this week, but we were wrong! Check out her blog anyway, we read it all the time (but, obviously, not carefully enough!)

Why are you guys posting this today when the drawing was on the 10th?

I bit the bullet and bought the book at an independent bookstore. Started reading chapt. 1 last night and am waiting for it to get exciting. (Although I AM a big fan of Kingsolver.) Actually, there was some nice stuff in there about the massive amounts of energy used to process and ship food.

Try the library, it was a bestseller for several weeks so they should all have at least one copy.
