Last year we saw Anna Sui's closet, and now Elle Decor is showing off the fashion designer's black and white-clad Manhattan penthouse of this Detroit native. There is a lot going on here, and we love the drama — black floors, graphic lampshades and upholstery juxtaposed with organically patterned furniture and walls.
This multi-patterned black and white aesthetic is carried throughout each room with abundant detail. From closet to kitchen to bathroom tile, we love this place!

Its a bit too Goth fru fru for me. I guess since I also design our home to include my husband's masculine tastes, I am aware of what's too feminine.
anna sui did a tour of her home on fashionair and it looks amazing. i really don't think i could live in a house that is black and white but it really fits her unique style and tastes. i would love to be her friend and visit her place.
I would hate to have to move the peacock aside every time I
needed something in the dresser. I like the furniture.
I smell $. But it's hot!
it's just lovely. But i could never pull that off with a husband. A fabulous bachelorette pad though.
