You can totally poke fun at this Southern California kid and my ignorance of what counts as "cold" weather, but a few weeks back I was in New York where nighttime temps dipped in the low 30's, which meant I was covered up in cotton gloves. I was quickly reminded why my East Coast colleagues were apt to discuss the merits of finding iPhone-compatible gloves. But we may soon be able to use any glove with smartphones, tablets, touch screens on cameras, etc...

AnyGlove is a gel application which works with fleece, cotton, liner, leather, cycling,  or work gloves, turning just about any glove into a touch capacitive and compatible accessory (just avoid using with light colored gloves, as the gel can stain).

Originally designed for people who work with their hands in outdoor settings where work gloves are a must for comfort and protection, but texting or use of a touchscreen is necessary, the drops can be reapplied as needed. $19.95 for 550 drops per bottle, with each application able to last for months between the need to refresh.
