As Polly S. says.... YES, someone who can write a coherent sentence with proper grammar and spelling (such as we learned in elementary school) is definitely needed. It would be lovely not to hear about any more "sneak peaks" (sic) or something that's "ahead of it's time" (sic) or other such mangled prose.
