It was the cat that first got us to this Apartment Therapy SF House Tour, but it was the homeowners' proudest DIY moment that kept us there. Ariana and Andreas live in a beautiful condo in Ashbury Heights in SF, where they proudly boast, what the call, "an unobtrusive surround sound" set-up. When we read those words we had to go through the slideshow to see what exactly unobtrusive meant. Can you spot the surround sound speakers in this room?

We we're pretty impressed with what the double As came up with. These two integrated Orb Audio's 5.1 system into their living room -- and quite well. You can barely see these guys in the rafters and by the TV.

What's really amazing is that your can't see a single wire. Getting speakers from stereo to the back of a room without a speaker wire peeking out is quite the feat. Kudos Ariana and Andreas!
