Every January evening at 11:57, Sebastian Errazuriz takes over the screens in Times Square. His art installation, “A Pause in the City that Never Sleeps,” is a three minute black and white video of him yawning. There's a special artist reception tonight at 11:45 PM in Duffy Square.
