Artifactory has been selling African and Asian home furnishings and accessories for over 30 years. For many years, Artifactory was the only DC store offering such goods. Prices widely range from very inexpensive beads to rare antiques, like the Camaroon throne chair ($6,000) shown below the jump... Artifactory carries Indian wood spice cabinets, antique lanterns, African masks and wooden benches. The store also has oversize antique doors, beaded stools and Egyptian accessories. Artifactory is located in Penn Quarter/Chinatown and we think it's worth visiting.
