Artist Fills Potholes with Mosaics

It was a particularly bad winter, especially for cities, where the pothole complaints have skyrocketed. Chicago artist Jim Bachor is doing his part, filling a few of the city's 47,500 holes with mosaics. Impressed by the permanence of some mosaics millennia later, Bachor has placed works in six potholes to date.
