After being vacant for over 25 years, an 89-year-old building on the National Historic Register is getting a new lease on life. The Seafoam Palace is part restoration project and part creative endeavor, with a team of artists, writers, filmmakers, sociologists, engineers, and historians intent on creating a museum of curiosities in this old Detroit structure.
