We're big fans of craft kits, especially during the long, hot days of summer when the kids might need a little help figuring out what to do to pass the time. These kits are definitely among the best we've seen because of the natural materials and rich colors. And not two days before discovering these kits, I was complaining about how synthetic materials like plastic, polyester chenille stems and pom poms, foam core, and craft foam are horrible for painting and glueing. Nothing sticks! If only someone would sell craft supplies made of natural materials like wool, wood, and paper, I thought.
Well, behold Artterro Eco Art Kits. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, owners Forrest and Jen are committed to sustainability (read more about that here) and creating products that won't end up in the trash a week after opening the box. There are 12 different kits to chose from, and prices range from $19.95 to $26.95.
