When it comes to art projects, I steer clear of anything too complicated or rigid, especially when it comes to younger kids. Destri of The Mother Huddle came up with this super simple idea of having her kids draw on and decorate paper lunch bags. The best part is when they're done, you have a beautiful stack of lunch bags to present on Father's Day.
You really can't go wrong here - markers, crayons, stickers, and paint all work. Destri used white paper bags but brown ones would work just as well. To see more photos of Destri's project, check out her post over at The Mother Huddle.
