This is basically the color of my home...all grey walls, charcoal and warm grey upholstery with lots of warm golden wood( walnut and oak)...I sometimes throw in a little turquise esp in the summer- this painting is fantastic( wish I could afford it!!)
I love all of it - the incredible lamps, the amazing McCobb-esque chair, and the cool tray table - except the painting. For some reason, the colors in the painting don't work for me.
hmmm I thought the colors of the painting were what tied everything together( silver grey and caramel...)
I could sooooo see this room... and live in it. Nice finds.
Like Anderson Cooper in a cashmere camel coat. Dreamy.
That chair is incredible! And so are those prices!!!
My boyfriend and I are thinking about going with this color palette - grey on the walls, and some warmer tones in the furniture and accents. What do you think? www.thevirginrenovators.com
this helps me tremendously in making a major color choice for my bedroom. my walls are the perfect shade of gray, my linens are white & silver, and then i struggled to find the wood color that would complete the look, but now i know. caramel!
Love it, love it! I am trying to use the same scheme in my (boyfriend's) condo.
I love this color combo. It can be so subtle and rich. The Paul McCobb chair is awesome.
