The first-ever AT Art Auction wrapped this morning and the numbers look great! Next week we'll happily be sending a nice fat check to Drawbridge, a local nonprofit that provides arts education for homeless kids.

The check that Drawbridge will receive is the generous gift of all the AT readers who stepped up to make this, our first auction ever, a grand success. The offerings included art, time, creative energy, and open purse strings.

We want to give a special thank you to the fabulous artists who donated art: Jeanette Bokhour, Marilyn + Peter Frank, Meredith Hamilton, Dana Robson, Rebecca Stees, and Liz Tran.

A final tally will come next week, but we thought we'd take time today, while the auction is still fresh, to ask for suggestions and feedback. When we undertake next year's charity art auction we want it to be even better.
